Personal details

After working for many years in a large international electronics company, I decided to embark on a new career path a few years ago. The extensive experience I gained in the sales, marketing and public relations departments and as an executive assistant still helps me to gain a broad understanding of the professional world. A three-year expat stay in the USA also had a significant impact on my personal and professional development.

Since 2018, I have been working as a coach and a trainer in a vocational rehabilitation center to teach and to support people on their second educational path, and to guide their professional re-entry into the workforce. Being a professional coach gives me great pleasure, because as Wilhelm von Humboldt said:

"Fundamentally, it is always connections with people that give life its value."

From 2014 to 2016, I completed training as a systemic coach at the Jelinek Academy in Vienna. To further deepen my coaching skills, I completed a three-year bachelor's degree in business psychology and business administration in 2019.

In 2021, I obtained my Master's degree in Training and Development with a focus on psychological coaching at the Paris Lodron University of Salzburg. In my master's thesis, I investigated the impacts of effective coaching offers in Austrian companies and their influence on job satisfaction and employee retention.

I have been married for more than 30 years and mother of two adult children. My hobbies include reading, music, sports and gardening.
